- GOLD-PLATED PTFE — 0.15dB INSERTION LOSS, VSWR ≤ 1.2: Center pin is machined brass with heavy gold plating for maximum conductivity and oxidation resistance. PTFE (Teflon) dielectric insulator maintains stable 50 Ohm impedance and minimizes dielectric loss across the rated frequency range to 3 GHz. Measured insertion loss ≤ 0.15dB. VSWR ≤ 1.2. Nickel-plated brass outer shell resists corrosion in outdoor and high-humidity survey environments.

These connectors are used by surveyors and GIS professionals for custom-length antenna extension cable fabrication and field cable repair — replacing damaged connectors on existing LMR195 or RG58 antenna cables without replacing the entire assembly.
- CRIMP-TYPE INSTALLATION — REQUIRES CRIMP TOOL, NO SOLDERING: This is a crimp-type connector assembled with a standard RG58/RG142/LMR195 crimp tool (UG-style die, 0.068"/0.213" jaw). Assembly sequence: strip cable to spec → slide ferrule onto cable → insert cable into connector body → crimp ferrule. No soldering required. Compatible with Pro'sKit CT-9A12, Paladin PA1560, and any standard coax crimp tool with the correct die set for RG58-family cables. Each pack includes 10 connector bodies and 10 ferrules.
